[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Send Wrong Product, Ask to Pay MORE MONEY for Exchange | |||
Snapdeal.com send me wrong product, when asked for exchange they said place fresh order (by paying extra amount for same product) Why should I pay more when they agree while accepting money to send product at price they published at Snapdeal.com (Seller Name is - Electrons) ORDER NO. : [protected] Dt.[protected], either refund in Bank or exchange. Seller still have product but you refund why? Is this customer care, Ratan Tata invest in Snapdeal & service going to WORST Refund amount through WALLET and want me to buy anything from the amount, I don't wish to by anything but same product I place order for but now they INCREASED the Price :( Was this information helpful? | |||
