[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — sending damaged products | |||
We ordered a perfume online of brand ysl. To our surprise and shock an empty broken glass bottle was sent across instead. The package had torn card board packing, glass pieces and broken nozzle and cap pieces. The bottle appears to be of a versace perfume. This is a sheer case of duping customers and waste of our town and energy. We need a return and compensation for this horrendous experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
