I bought this product on 20th june.it has 2years warrenty.recently it stopped working so i went to cutomer care office of sennheiser in kolkata and they told me that it is a fake product.then i sent mail to snapdeal but they didinot answer.i paid them rs 786 at the time of buying this product.my order no is-[protected].
i want to return this fake product and want to get original product or money refund.i attached the images of the fake product and the invoice copy.

It shows " Payment has been refunded successfully"
But I didn't get the payment into my debit card.
