[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Sent v guard pebble metallica 15 liters geyser old stock and color also not as mentioned in site. | |||||
I Ordered V-Guard Pebble Metallica 15 Liters Geyser in snapdeal.com site as comparatively less price and also discussed with customer care person to send purple color product on the same day. But I received the blue color product after a week and also it is a 3 years old product without having V-Gaurd company seal. Immediately I raised a ticket with Snapdeal. After two days they called and said they cannot take it back since it is an electronic product and you can use company warranty if you get any problem on the old stock. they are not at all listening my voice and cut the call and also now they are telling you exceeded the return requesting time.
