Snapdeal.com — Service delivery & refund not received, as per technical product issue | |||||
Last 6th month before i had purchase one product from snapdeal.com with online transaction system. So but actually there is some technical issue found so device could not be work properly so i had called to the customer care of snapdeal after as per given instruction from snapdeal associate inform for return with proper service delivery with prof, so as per i tried connect with service delivery through company but at that time there is some technical issues in system so agent inform to send us product via manual service through private courier agent so i referred dtdc from nearest agent from talegaon..Location which is located in pune so there is as per manual register transaction they had inform service product received to the sanpdeal and one of the courier associate of snapdeal.com has singed at delivery time so still as per defective products refund not received as per given terms and conditional on site or advertisement for product service ... Now i so feel bad service hence i had post my complaints on all social sites, facebook, consumer court / suprim court as well as complaint against courier agency fraud delivery service in local area this is the illegal service provide by dctc service of talegaon so pathetic service of snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |||||
