I have ordered few products from snapdeal with order id [protected] on 16th may 2017 but due to some technical issues order got cancel within few minutes a sum of total rs. 2067 was deducted from my bank account, as far as the snapdeal refund policy is concerned the money should be refunded in 10 days. After completion of 10 working days i lodged a complaint on their portal stating that my money has not been refunded into my account, they replied that they have initiated the refund on the very same day i. E. 16th may itself but somehow the bank has not received it, after many calls to snapdeal, one of their sr. Executive (Tanvi) instructed me to share my bank account statement from the day of order till 12th june 2017 with snapdeal i have done that, but still they didn't credited money in my bank account.
