Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to inform you that how I am bitterly disappointed with Snapdeal.com. The facts of the case are as follows... I placed an order for Shopcros Remote Control Rechargeable Car With Steering on 03.09.2014. My order no. is [protected]. The Remote Control Rechargeable Car was shipped by Devi Sales, Murarka Bhawan, Ranchi, Jharkand-834001 and delivered on 11.12.2014. I was shocked when I opened the parcel. Because they shipped a low quality car namely JakMean.R/C. Now I feel cheated and defrauded. The lethargic and unkind attitude has caused me mental stress and inconvenience.
