[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Short delivery Claim, but no response from Snapdeal | |||||
Cheating case from Snapdeal. I have ordered Pampers products 2 units from Snap Deal, but I have physically received only 1 unit against Oder ID [protected]. Since last 20 days I'm following with Snap Deal but no one is helping me to sort this issue. I would like to make all the customers who are buying from Snap Deal should be very cautious. When I contact to Snap Deal call center, they just say the case will b sort out within 24 hours, but one calls me or I don't receive any reply from Snap Deal. Furthermore the call center help line is not reachable after holding it for 30, 40 minutes. I would like to aware all the buyers from Snap Deal please avoid buying from Snap Deal as there is a chance of loosing money either to Snap Deal, or to supplier, or to courier company.
