I ordered a milton stainless steel flasks on 22nd january. after that i received a wrong and different item from snapdeal. then till date (3rd feb) i inform to snapdeal for pickup this item and refund my money. till date i will not received ant confermation from snapdeal and novoex courier partner. snapdeal said courier partner confirmed to them customer not availavel in customer address. but courier partner said they have not received any cofirmation mail from snapdeal for pickup this item.31st jan update me the parcel out for pick up but till date no courier partner not reached in my address. please pick up the snapdeal product immediate. i harrased several time. i followed up with snapdeal and courier partner nuvoex, they have not solved my problem. most third class courier partner. please any step for this reason. my Order ID: [protected] Placed on 22 Jan, 2017. my refund request is being processed (Ticket Id:[protected].
