[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal are cheats and is not making payment of my delivered parcel to buyer | |||||
My id: s9d7be I sold one 3d pen through snapdeal Invoice no.: s9d7be/18/1 Inv. Dtd: 21-jul-2018 Amount : rs.3750/- Buyer is from aurangabad. Item: 3d pen - one set. Courier : vulcan. The parcel was picked up by vulcan. The only mistake we made was that we could not manifest the invoice after the pickup. After several followups, snapdeal says that they never picked up the parcel and hence not responsible for the payment. Also, they charged no-delivery penalty in my account!! I gave them the courier tracking details and that the pacel was well delievred to the buyer throuh vulcan and the payment was collected on delivery from the buyer by the courier. Snapdeal are cheats of first order and give vague replies without any sense at all. They just want to eat up sellers money and make some technical excuses. I demand that: 1. Snapdeal pay my dues immediately 2. Take action on the snapdeal executives who could not fairly settle this matter. 3. Reverse the penaly charges from my account. OMG, so many persons like me are suffering at the wicked ACTS of Team Snapdeal!
Dear Rajeev, we need to expose this unethical company to the state for stringent actions against Snapdeal.
Shame on Team Snapdeal who are too good only in CLOSING RAISED QUERIES BY THEMSELVES, doing pretty nothing! They take no responsibility other than cheating in deducting various unspecified amount from the money payable to the Seller. Shame on Snapdeal top management who don't even reply to emails sent!
Please don't lose hope; service to society is service to God!
I am pursuing my complaint with due authorities.
