I have ordered 7 items, in that 6 items got canceled by snapdeal courier service itself without even informing me. The reason is Not a deliverable Area but not understanding how they could deliver one sub item in my order to the same address. Its 2 different couries service and one able to do other cannot. But the interesting fact is same Unimove service delivered items to the same address with my previous order . First i have got 2 items canceled and I tried calling and followed up with snapdeal customer service for about 2 weeks to atleast hold back other items saying I am ready to come and collect with no improvement.
Finally my refund is getting processed now, need to wait and see how it goes. My pincode is 600100 in Chennai and wasted my time with snapdeal. If we select pincode still items will be listed in the App but no guarantee that you will get it delivered Please do not waste TIME and efforts of people like this.
It's a waste of time for both seller and buyer whoever dealing with snapdeal and snapdeal is forcing customer to look for other services.
