I bought an item on Snapdeal.com ( Order ID: [protected] ) through a voucher I received from my Snapdeal HDFC Credit Card. The item was cancelled citing reason that the product could not be delivered by courier. But no genuine attempt to deliver was made; I received no phone calls from the courier during the process of delivery. I wrote several times to Snapdeal while I was facing the problem of no contact from courier service.
Now I feel through this arrangement with the courier Snapdeal has duped me of the amount I legitimately got through the voucher. It is also impossible to use the helpline phone numbers on Snapdeal. The only mode of communication is by writing mails as of now. Was this information helpful? |
