This is really very shocking and unlawful as well that someone is using my name and email to place orders from Snapdeal. Query: Please delete my profile and let the user know that it is illegal to use other's email. Also make email OTP verification as mandatory. Why do I need to give my contact details to your help center? I have given everything about the latest order. You should be able to find profile with given details and cancel all orders and close the account.
