Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal.com - no response or refund

I have ordered the Laptop from Snapdeal.com ORDER NO. : [protected] Order Placed On:[protected]:57:22 and the delivery date was 13-Jan-2015 till there is no product delivery nor refund of the product, i have contacted the customer care through phone. I was told that Courier was lost in transit so the amount will be refunded but still I have not received the money snapdeal. Kindly look into the matter
