I ordered a Sony PS4 on 5th November, 2014 from www.snapdeal.com and i paid it through net banking as there was no COD option. My order number is [protected] and the Awb number provided by snapdeal for tracking in Blue dart is [protected] which is invalid according to Blue dart. The estimated delivery date was 17th November and snapdeal has already missed that date and updated a new date which is 22nd November(today) and as expected it didn't get delivered today also. And now they have updated a new delivery date of 28th November.
After making several complaints with snapdeal they still haven't told me where actually the package is. Nor can they themselves track it. And they are not even canceling the order. They expect me to wait till I receive the order and then return it and when they receive it they would refund my money which is 35, 736. Since snapdeal has already got it's money and now it falls on Blue dart to deliver my package snapdeal doesn't care if the customers get the product for which they paid huge sums of money. Still they haven't initiated the cancelation of my order.
What should be done? Should I go to cyber crime and report snapdeal? Or should I go for consumer court? Because snapdeal has actually robbed me of Rs.35, 736/- as I have got nothing in return. Please someone advice because I don't think snapdeal will deliver my order because they themselves don't know where the package is. And every time after registering a complaint I would get a computer generated email about how they value their customer's review. But this where their ability to work stops. At least Flipkart Customer service properly replies to your complaints and an actual person replies. Please someone advice me how can register a case of fraud against snapdeal.
