[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal deliver me wrong product now no source to return several mail mark | |||
I purchase a pair of addidas shoes from snapdeal. My order is: (Order id-[protected]). But snapdeal deliver me a wrong product which is totally look like duplicate as they packed addidas shoes in nike box. I pay from credit card. I get product on 9th march 2018 and from same days i mark several mail to mail is - ([protected]@snapdeal.com) Also mark to snapdeal greviance officer mail id and snapdeal ceo mr. Kunal will proper snapshots but not get solution. Several time tried snapdeal call centre number but not get connected. Also when i try to return from snapdeal app or web than error massage showing to contact customers care which is already not connected Was this information helpful? | |||
