[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal did not return a delivered poor quality product.

I had ordered a backpack from Snapdeal.com. They deliver a very poor quality product. I have informed them repeatedly that I have not required this type of poor quality product but they did not return the item. They did not return the item as well as did not refund the amount till date. I have attached the order details for your kind perusal. Kindly give a resolution for this type of problem.
