[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal don't pick my pick my product for refund | |
Order id [protected] The product which i received was totally different with different brand. Than i raised a return request for refund and mentioned the issue properly with photos and a pickup was scheduled by ecom courier but the pickup was declined by your courier boy as the product was different and he suggested me to contact snapdeal to send an email to their manager in the hub regarding the same to pick this exception. I have contacted snapdeal via whatapp and by email regarding the same but they gave no satisfactory response. Even snapdeal's whatsapp helpline executives reply after 10-12 minutes after each message i sent. So, snapdeal is not cooperating with me and this company don't want to pick this product Was this information helpful? | |
