Suborder id:[protected] Case id: 07567155 We have dispatch 17 order on 13.05.2017 today after 1 hour of dispatch courier boy call me and say please come warehouse because one of your order has a stone instead of a phone, this is a lie because warehouse did not have any cctv footage, in your warehouse our phone replaced with stone, the video was created in phone by supervisor is fake because there is no packing on the product and no lamination on the product just cutting of the sticking seel and showing the out of it this fake video, we believe this video when you open the whole packed phone and the laminated phone in front and then cut of it seal and show us, then we believe that there is a stone in the packet.
