Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal is not getting my product returned

I ordered xolo era on snapdeal and recieved a faulty product.It has a very very poor camera and its backcover is not fitting nicely. I requested snapdeal to return my product but they are not taking any response .They are asking me to go to xolo care and get written document.I am getting the worst service from snapdeal . They are not maintaining their 7 days easy return trust pay and disturbing me so i have decided to go to consumer court if snapdeal dont get my product returned.
