[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal is not obeying deal | |||||
Hi Team, I ordered a product from SnapDeal.com and after 2 days they cancelled the ordered without notifying me. They refunded my amount but at the same time increased the product price a lot. Now, I tried to raise this concern by calling their customer care at 9:10 pm which lasted longer than 28 mins. I spoke to Arshdeep and then another senior associate Kamal Kishore, but no one took my concern. They are saying that I have to buy the product at current higher price. This is an unfair practice of attracting customers at discounted price but not delivering the product at that price. And it is a clear indication that SnapDeal is doing this intentionally. Please do needful and help me as well as all future customers from being fooled by such unfair businesses doing by SnapDeal. Many thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
