[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal is not refunding my phone (meizu m2)

I purchased {meizu m2} mobile phone from snap deal on 26 december 2015. But when i received the product on 27 dec.The product quality was not good . So i made a refund request on snap deal . Then they called me on my phone.And they said that they can not refund it bcz it is against their return policy . I called the customer care again-again same the snap deal cust. Care representative called me and said that it is against their return policy . My father is very angry concerning this topic. So, snap deal should refund our money.
