[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal is not replacing my item. | |||||
I have ordered a product from snapdeal and as it was defective so i apply for replacement.. But they dont replace the product.. When i checked my order status they said that the attempt was failed but even the courier service does not called me.. Then when i contacted the customer care it was said that to update the pick up date and time.. But there is no option for pick up update.. Only there is a option for cancellation..
