Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal misusing policies to attract Customers and cheating them brutally

I had bought infocus M530 on 29th sept...delivered on 4th October. Speakers are getting resound, mike is completely not working, touch sometimes not working n getting more heat with bad battery backup. So as per policy if consumer recevies defective product he can raise ticket for refund and he can get without a query. The same i had done. Snapdeal representatives told me they need written document from service center. I went service center they said we won't give that information... I updated the same thing to Snapdeal. They were saying to go for repair. I mailed them manyer times i raised for refund how u asking me for service but they are not responding.. Really cheating customers by their policies
