[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal money has not been refunded to my bank account | |||||
Dear team, I have ordered a usha rice cooker from snapdeal.com worth rs. Of 6220 on 2 may 2017. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and cancelled it. On 22 may 2017, i got a message from snapdeal.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days" I waited till 10 jun 2017 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called snapdeal.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Snapdeal.com is not going to loot your money. They provided me an rrn number. I called to sbi customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant snapdeal.com. When i told sbi guys to check rrn number, they dont know rrn number, they told me that to contact snapdeal.com. Was this information helpful? | |||||
