I was doing a purchase of Chappin & Nellson Sparkling Round Watch online from snapdeal dated 30th september 2014, but due to some problems my payment could not get through after trying it twice, but later to my shock the payment has been debited twice from my account but snap deal shown it as failure, from that day onwards till today it is more than 2 months i am following up for my money but no revert, only get a occasional mail to send screenshot of my bank statement to resolve the problem. Snap deal is a thief who is stealing consumers money and after doing that sleeps on there money, i sincerely request all to be more conscious while using snapdeal. Neelu
