I ordered the following irem on Snapdeal online on 8 May 2021:
VeBNoR 3P Protective Mask With Nose Pin (100)
I was expecting a box of masks to use for defence against Covid 19 virus.
Order number: [protected], Rs 463.
I got an SMS on 15 May 2021 that the item is delivered today. It was not. I waited few days but nothing happened. I tried to call them up but could not find the customer service phone number. On their App, there is a WhatsApp chat with predefined menu options. There is no option to report non-delivery. When I sent an email, they replied that some family member or neighbor might have received it on my behalf. The fact is ours is a lonely house without any neighbors. Only my wife and mother stay here and none of them received it. I complained again by email, but they do not take any responsibility for delivery it seems.
I am disappointed with the unethical behavior of SnapDeal.
Please get me justice ! I am a retired person.
