I have ordered a mobile phone ( YU Yunique Plus 8GB Black order id: [protected] order date: 3rd december, 2016) for my father from snapdeal as a gift to him. it was delivered on 7th december, 2016. within two days After delivery, my father found out that the mobile phone was faulty and was not charging. i contacted to snapdeal and they told me to go to authorized service centre to check whether the mobile phone was faulty only than they will refund the faulty product. After getting confirmation from the authorized service centre that the mobile phone delivered has defect, i contacted snapdeal and they initiated refund process. Replacement process was initiated on 17th december, 2016 through JV_Express and they picked it up on 21st december by their courier guy. the packaged was packed by me with all the content. the courier guy checked it and recieved it. on 27th december, 2016, i got a call from snapdeal that they are not going to replace it and will return the defective phone as such even if they only delivered this faulty phone because of some quality check cheat.
I want a refund or replacement for the said defective product which was supposed to be a gift for my father. i dont understand your quality check as i have returned all the items of the box. you dont want us to open the seal??? damn...how am i suppose to know that the product was not defective without opening it or charging it. your method seems suspicious and you gesture fradulent. I have been a loyal customer of this company for a long time. please help me with this issue and in contxt to refund or replacement. Was this information helpful? |
