[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal - (Paid through debit card, now paying the price...) Payment made but product not even dispatched nor payment was refunded | |
I ordered my product on 23rd Dec 2014 by paid full amount through my
debit card. Till now 5th Jan 2015 the product not even been shipped, I
asked the customer care about this many times, they saying always that
it is in process so we will ship the order very soon and we can't cancel
the order. But till now the product not even been shipped(in "My
Orders" it shows 25th Dec is shipment date). Now I am praying to God
that they should not send me the product, but they should cancel my
order, Because now I am worrying about the product quality they will
send.
I purchased many time with snapdeal by COD and received the products. I
trusted snapdeal so I not even think about other E-shop. But this is the
first time I paid before delivery. And now I am paying the price for
this. Hope I will get my product soon or will get my order cancelled and

Nov 8, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I requested snapdeal by contacting the customer care... after log steps they refund my money. It was not a pleasant experience with snapdeal. | |
