Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal refuse to return the product | |||
Hello, this is regarding snapdeal order no – [protected] (Product Ambrane P- 1000) I purchased this product on 20th of November and I obtained for return & refund within 7 days because used product delivered to me. But as of now 2 months over. I called more than 10 times but there is no response from Snapdeal. Frequently they are sending an auto generated email stating that I wants to retain that product with me and not ready to return as per updated by courier partner. (But till date I have not receive any communication from courier partner) As per the return policy of snapdeal they should return and refund. So request you please look into this issue.
