purchased a kyyte pressure cooker 3L Order no.-[protected] in 2013 from snapdeal not being happy from the product for it being defaulty i returned it back and i was promised to be given the refund within 5-7 working days its been one year but no refund i made a complain but to no use complaint number for this is 3858506, Two months back i purchased a koryo sandwichmaker From Snapdeal as well Order number-[protected] and returned it for it not meeting my expectations i was told i will get my money back as an sd cash on my request within 24-48 hours after they recieving the product but they never did return any of my money back i made a complain my complain number is 9420245 and they dont reply to any of my emails requesting them to give my money back i call them every time they tell me the same thing that they will return it in 48 hours.i called again tjis week asking them to give amount of both the products as Sd cash and got the same reply waIII t for 48 hours.please help me get my money back please i dont trust their words or promises please help
