[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal sent me a non working mobile | |||||
I had ordered a mobile from snapdeal, snapdeal sent me a non working mobile which never turns on.i raised the replacement request on 25 Oct (on same day of delivery of mobile) however no replacement is done till now. I have made plenty of calls to snapdeal customer care, and each time i am being told that i need to wait for 24 hours, This is happening from past 9 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
