Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal — sent wrong item and not refunding after returning the product

I received wrong jacket which i ordered (Order id - [protected]) from Snap deal on 30th October and raise the return request and till date i didn't receive my refund, daily am following up with the executives and supervisor and everyone is saying 24 hrs or 48 hrs, it has been already 2 months passed i didnt receive any refund confirmation from snapdeal even i shared my bank statement 2 times but there is no such response, and noone is there to help me out in this, product amount was 2199/-, I want resolution and that is my refund, Please help me out as this money is very important for me.

Updated by Jatin Arora1254 Didn't get any response from snapdeal end, I think snapdeal don't want to return the money, but this is totally cheating with the customer, please revert me ASAP with the positive response.
