I Was send a wrong and used product. When I asked for a replacement they processed a refund for the same stating that product is not available with us. I bought the product on a sale period of Rs 280 and not the day refund was processed the same product was available for Rs 594 and compnay said the product is not available. I registered a compaint with snapdeal and they said you can place another order but we can't process this order.
