I purchased a power bank for my father in low Mr.R S Rawat from snapdeal.com in Indore, Madhya Pradesh; snapdeal Order id [protected] placed on 03 Dec 2015 and deliver on 8th of December 2015. It charge phone only 20 % only as bank going to empty.I not return it as I know late about it fake quality. Sony authorised centre refused to service as it is a fake product sold by snapdeal.I aknowledge to snapdeal but they weren't helping me ;snapdeal ask me to first you bring written letter from Sony .But Sony Centre tel me that You purchased a fake product from snapdeal than why Sony service centre certify it's fakeness why he investing his valuable time and manpower in no productive tasks . and lwant snapdeal replace my fake power bank with original one .If they not my problem with in time than I am going to consumers forum of government of India.I will also uploading a vidio of fake internal parts of delivered fake snapdeal powerbank .details of purchase-
