Mai 28 November ko order kiya tha. Uske baad maine use return kiya. Lekin product quality cheak mai fail hogya. 20 December tak wah product mil jayge aisa customer care ne bataya. Uske baad maine 5 baar call kiya wo return ho jayage aisa hi bol rahe hai. Unonhe muje na product diya na mare paise return kiye. Bar bar call krne par bhari unka koi reply nahi aaya. Please help.

Dear team,

On[protected] I have ordered adidas multicolor cotton ankle socks having Order ID: [protected] & suborder id-[protected], i have payment from freecharge wallets.As per Estimated delivery-2nd January, but till now I haven't shipping my order.i have canceled my order, so i want know when i will get my paid money.
since 1 month i am trying via phone & mail there is no solution of my problem.
