[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Sony LED TV order cancelled after 10 days. | |||
I was booked a sony LED TV on 12th October through snapdeal.com website (online shopping) and dispatch date was 14th October which was rescheduled by 17th October and again re-rescheduled to 20th October, 2014 and than again rescheduling to 23rd October, 2014. But on 21.10.2014, company has cancelled my order without any reason and keeping my money 10 days. We were purchased it for Diwali occasion and now they cancelled my order. This behave show that they are above the the law in this country and no authority can take action against the snapdeal.com This is my humble submission that if this complaint is not pertain to you than please forward it to the right authority.
