Hello sir,
I had ordered soundmagic e10s in earbwired mic earphones worth rs 2000, the earphone which i received, the sound quality was not up to mark so i raised a return request. From past one month i have been calling snapdeal customer care. Everyday i get the reply from your employees that the courier will come and receive it, however no one came till now. I have provided them with 3 different numbers and the courier guy every time updates that user was not reachable. At a time all 3 numbers were not reachable no one is gonna buy that. Today one of the executive at snapdeal customer care has informed me that it cannot be replaced and i can go ahead and complaint in consumer court. This was my first purchase from snapdeal and will be last and i will make it viral how pathetic service you give to your customers. A month is passed calling everyday the first work i do when i come to office. I am so frustrated and going ahead with complaint in consumer court. If you care about your brand reputation and your customers a little bit, do something. And stop playing with people's money.
