[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — status showing delivered but have not received | |
Good evening! I placed my order on 18 september, 2018 and order id is [protected]. My order was supposed to be delivered on 25 november, 2018 but after few days i got a message that it will reach to me between 24-28 november.. And today again i got the message at 8:17 am for it to be delayed and at 11:55 i got a message that my product is delivered to me. Also the snapdeal app is showing it delivered but i haven't received any parcel yet, neither i got any call from courier service executive.. And now i am trying to contact snapdeal executive +91 [protected] but i am not able to as it isn't giving any option. I want snapdeal to contact me and provide me the solution to my problem.
