it's a shame and unprofessional, don't try to fool your customer. online shopping runs on trust only. once you loose it will make you out of the market in no time. Stop shipping garbage and junk without checking its quality. i guess snapdeal is examining my patience level, by committing the same fraud again. it was promised to me that this time i'll get a brand new sealed product, but what i received is a package full of . i want the problem resolved ASAP, with blacklisting of the fraud seller. as i mentioned in last conversation, i have other important work to do beside of receiving package of from snapdeal. i'll be out station till 8 jan. so plan the problem resolving according to my convenience. now coming to the point: 2nd tym product delivered to me is not new, seal of box is tempered box is in very bad condition it was returned by some costumer so it has courier detail sticker on it which explains that it has been returned from nagpur to panvel. laptop has dent on its top and some scratches on screen, plastic wrapper of adapter and battery seems old and repacked several times. complain no: 4443997 Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to make it clear, this is last time i am providing the proof for your double fraud.
Please stop harassing innocent costumer for your mistakes.
i bought this laptop on credit card (which unfortunately i have not used), Now my credit card bill is due for 14th jan. so in any circumstances, i don't want to pay coz i have not used the product nor in condition to overdue it for high interest rate.
since 23rd Dec i am begging for your mercy, i don't have any patience left in me thanks to Snapdeal.
so stop fooling around make and your stand clear, so i can take legal action (if its not resolved, i mean full refund before 14th jan which is due date of my credit card bill)

i also want proof of actions taken against the fraud seller (Absolute IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd)

first i am not getting any solid response from you, and how dare!!! your costumer care after listineng to my problem hangs up the phone. i was told after sending images problem will be resolved in few hours.
what the hell you ppl doing, i thought only the seller is fraud. but now i am sure its snapdeal who promoting the fraud, by not taking victim buyers side.
one more evidence to prove your fraud...the billing date for laptop is 2nd jan 2014, but the warranty has been already registered by previous user on 4th oct 2013. it just not the case of tempered seal and damaged product.
i have enough evidence to drag snapdeal in to the court, and the big line up of lawyers in my family will be pleased to take legal action.
Resolve it ASAP.
