When it is delivered to my address.? I tried to check with customer care number([protected]) mentioned in your official website. But i'm not able to talk with any one. Getting IVR only.

After intimating the details that Suborder Id: [protected] not delivered to my address. I got response as

Estimated Delivery: 29 Oct, 2016 - 02 Nov, 2016

But it is not delivered now also. I would like to know what action you have taken to solve my complaint.

When i track my order i could see the below details.

There is no update after 21st of OCT. I would like to know when i will be delivered. And whom i have to contact regarding this. As mentioned in trail mail. It is not possible to connect your customer care.

But still there is not process to delivery the order .

I placed ordered on 17th oct but the product is not delivered still. After I writing or mailing that it is not delivered. I'm getting the Revised Delivery Timelines
But it continues to changed Revised Delivery Timelines. What is the end to this.
Where i have to appeal regarding my problem. As mentioned tomorrow is the last to deliver my order. If it fails means to whom i have to escalate.
