[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — supply of defective product | |||
I booked one mini sewing machine, make : Hung Hui vide invoice no. S6469D/18/19513 dated 09 Jul 18. Item was delivered on 13 Jul 18. Post opening, when it was attempted to stitch something, it is found that no stitching is done. I tried to contact customer care but unable to contact view my mobile no. not matching. Though it was registered. Online replacement process giving reply that this product has no replacement facility. Why it is? My request to do needful to replace/ return the product.
