I bought a product from snapdeal on 07.01.2016 and I received it also which I then gifted it to my friend. But when my friend wanted to use it, that didnt get burnt infact it started leaking. I complaint about the same to snapdeal and they said that since it has exceeded 7 days of period we cant exchange it and then I said thats OK but please atleast provide me a solution for that and they said that they will give the solution in the next 48 working hrs. I followed them more than 4 times and they kept on saying the same thing that they will provide me a solution in the next 48 working hours. One fine day one fellow calls me from snapdeal calls me on 09.02.2016 and he said that we cannot provide the service engineer from our side you please check the internet get the details about customer and go ahead. I couldn't find any details about the customer in net and that's the reason I was following snapdeal and finally they don't provide me a solution. Its been one month and yet I havnt received any solution or mail from snapdeal. They also provided me fake details of customer say they gave me details of surya instead of surya dharshan. This is not what we expect from a so called snapdeal. Please do the needful.

Thanks to social network that this got solved finally by refunding the amount. It took 1 month for them to solve this. Before I used to call them and after me going to the consumer they called me everyday till the problem was resolved. The mail ID from which they mailed me was [email protected]

Every time they say that we have registered the complaint and it will be solved within the next 48 working hours. But they didn't even bother to call me in fact I used to call them every time. And finally what do I get in the name of solution "do the needful by yourself". This is not what we customers expect from a big brand like snapdeal. If they don't provide a solution for such a small thing I don''t know how will they provide solutions for bigger products.
