[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — suspension of account, & non refund of amount.

My return request was accepted on 11.06.2017, vide screen shot attached. On 12.06.2017, an email was sent that suspicious activities were found in my account & the account is suspended. Also no refund or replacement would be provided on the same, screenshot attached of the same. Tried to get in touch with snapdeal nuber of times, but the customer care executives talk rudely. Also not ready to update the reason for suspension of account, only telling that the back end has done the same, & nothing can be done. Please help me out.

Again the same update, & new screenshot sent by Snapdeal. Please update the suspicious transaction in my account. Snapdeal cannot block the account, & not refund the product, without giving any proper reason, just internal checks update. Need to update that though the mail was sent on 26.07.2017, nothing of that is mentioned on the reply received from them.

Still how long do I need to wait for an update about my concern. Did a normal purchase transaction, which Snapdeal considers as suspicious activity, & suspends the account for no fault if mine, when complaint is made of product received.

Still no update about by complaint & complaint marked as resolved on Aug 28, 2017. Is this way complaints are handled, closing down the same without updating the customer, even though, customer is not at fault. Please reply to my complaint.
