[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — they are not returning my order

My order was to be picked up but the pickup was unsuccessful for no reason, the courier boy had not called me. And i’m not able to reschedule my pick up, i’m trying this from last four days but they are not responding because they don’t want to back the order, i want compensation for this kind of harassment. Straight way they are fooling us . Moreover they want to cancel my return process in a bad manner . If they don’t do this return I will go to consumer court . This is the msg I got “Pickup Today: Hi Banka Ram, your Nike Men's Solid Sho... will be picked up today by PAWAN KUMAR: [protected] . Please keep it ready with all original packaging and tags. It’s showing short . First of all you delivered wrong item, track pant instead of short .
