Snapdeal.com — They cancelled my order

I booked a ipad mini from snapdeal on diwali sale . one day later i called them to inquire about my order, they said that my order is cancelled and they dont know how . So i asked them to let me talk to some higher peraon so i can ask him that how my order got cancelled they said to me that they will give you the same answere. Now the price of product is also increased and i wanted to gift it to my sister on Birthday but i wont be able to do that too. This is highly irresponsible behavior my snapdeal. Without informing me how can they cancel my Order. Now they are asking me to pay more for the product just because of their wrong doing. All o[censored]s should be beware of snapdeal.
