Snapdeal.com — They don't want to refund me back my money | |||
I ordered TSX Exquisite Black Jacket, order ID [protected], price Rs 699 using SBI Internet Banking through online shopping on 8th October 2013. They told me they despatched on 17th October 2013 and they gave me a guarantee to deliver me on 22nd October 2013. But they did not deliver me on 22nd October 2013. I called the snapdeal customer care on 23rd October, they told me they will refund my money within 7 days from the date of 23rd October 2013. I did not my money or goods till date. I called the customer care many times. I claimed to give me back my money with interest 10%/week and my expenditure to call Snapdeal Customer care because they lied please help me as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
