[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — they want to fraud me.

I had ordered 1 item (Order id - [protected]) on 13th oct. 2019. At the time of order they confirm that material will delivered within 30th oct. 2019. But till it is not shipped. Then i ask them please cancel my order & refund my money. Than they email me the item has shipped & they can't cancel it. Than i ask them please provide shipping detail. Courier confirm that, they waiting from 24th Oct to receive the material. So it is clear that till Snapdeal not shipped the said material.
