May I ask What is your "Easy Returns - No Questions Asked Policy -
Snapdeal.com" says?
My order is covered under "7 Days - Easy Return Policy"
I received a faulty product as it's sim tray is not poping out.
I'm continuously in touch via Mail and Call with Snapdeal customer care.
This is your bull policy that you people suggests the customer
to visit service center for repairing a brand new product in place of
refund/replacement?
And now making a lots of non sense excuses like technician visit, system error, blah blah...
You think customer is Dumb? I had invest Rs 10999 for purchasing a crap? Really Snapdeal is the real CROOK.
Now tell me what is the issue with you people, Shall I have to tell you about your Return/Replacement policy and about your Duty?
I wants my Money Back, I'm not Requesting, I'm Ordering you to Initiate Refund.
I know my Rights well. So, don't try to Manipulate me.
