Hi Team I purchased a smart phone T Max M1 4GB blue from an online portal Snapdeal.com. I received my order and used my phone successfully for one week. But from 8 day onwards, my phone is not working even it is not getting started. I tried to contact “T Max Company to replace my phone as it is in warranty period. But all the information about the company are not authentic which is mentioned on the packing box of the phone. I also tried to contact to online portal Snapdeal.com to replace my under warranty phone but still we do not receive any response from their side. Request you to please have a look on my concern and help me either to replace my phone or return the phone and get my money back.
